One of our team’s priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This document governs the use of the site and the information on it, including that which the user submits to the site.

Agreement

By using our website, you are agreeing to our Privacy Policy and agreeing to its terms.

The information we collect

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data displayed in the comment form as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser’s user agent string to help detect spam.

An anonymized string created from your e-mail address (also called a hash) can be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you use it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment has been approved, your profile picture is made publicly available in the context of your comment.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are saved indefinitely. This is so that we can automatically recognize and approve any subsequent comments, rather than keeping them in a moderation queue.

Visitors’ comments can be checked with an automated spam detection service.

Cookie

If you leave a comment on our site, you may agree to have your name, email address, and website stored in a cookie. This is for your convenience, so that you don’t have to enter your information again when you leave another comment. These cookies will be stored for one year.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves just as if the visitor had visited another website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, implement additional third-party tracking and track your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Advertising Partner Privacy Policy

Third-party ad servers or ad networks use technologies such as cookies, JavaScript or web beacons that are used in their respective advertisements and links that appear on jenyatravels.com and are sent directly to users’ browsers. When this happens, they automatically get your IP address. These technologies are used to measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns and/or to personalize the advertising content you see on the websites you visit. Please note that jenyatravels.com has no access to or control over these cookies, which are used by third party advertisers. You can read the privacy policies of the advertising partners directly on their websites.

Third Party Privacy Policy

Thus, we encourage you to review the respective privacy policies of these third-party ad servers for more information. This may include their practices and instructions on how to opt out of certain options. You can disable cookies in your browser settings. For more information about managing cookies on specific web browsers, visit the respective browser websites.
